Who we are

TruHub Mail is an email service operated by TruHub Solutions for @truhubsolutions.in addresses.

Information we collect

Account details: your name, chosen username and address, recovery email, password (stored only in hashed form) and optional profile photo and signature.

Mail content: messages you send, receive or save as drafts, including recipients, subjects, bodies and attachments.

Technical data: sign-in times and basic logs needed to keep the service secure and working.

How we use it

To deliver, store and display your email; to let you sign in and recover your account; to protect the service from abuse, spam and fraud; and to meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your information and we do not read your mail for advertising.

Sharing

Mail to outside addresses is transmitted through our email delivery provider, which processes it only to deliver it. Infrastructure providers host our data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

Storage and security

Data is stored on secured servers with access controls so only you, and the people you correspond with, can see your messages and attachments. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

Retention

Your mail and account data are kept while your account is active. Messages you permanently delete are removed from your mailbox; copies held by other recipients remain in their mailboxes.

Your rights

You can view and update your profile at any time in Settings. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in the app, and continued use means you accept the updated policy.
